Therapy

If you are feeling vulnerable, depressed, anxious or stressed, therapy can help. I understand how difficult it can be to ask for the help you want or need. For this reason my goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where you feel free to discuss any issues or concerns you have. Together, we will develop a treatment plan with your needs in mind working towards you feeling happier and more productive.

I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with clients of various racial, ethnic, cultural, sexual, and religious identities. My focus of treatment includes working with stressed, overwhelmed adolescents, young adults, and adult professionals suffering from difficulties adjusting to life stressors, anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and major conflict. I also have significant experience working with victims of violent crimes of all ages, which includes the challenges of navigating the criminal court process.

Evening and Saturday appointments are available to also support professionals looking for something more private, where your presence while participating in therapy can be less in public view. You too deserve to receive support without worrying about your professional status to help you carry on with your demanding lives.
